So, how does the whole process work?
Glad you asked! Take a peek at the Styles page and browse my portfolio to get a sense of the different styles and items I offer. Contact me (via email or phone) and then we will set up a time to meet (depending on where you live) or we can have a phone call. We will discuss your event and needs/vision and come up with a jam plan. I like to offer samples of a few different styles in case you aren’t sure what you want exactly but would like to see what things may look like. Then you will decide on your final design/style, we agree on pricing and I’ll get to work.
What does it cost?
The thing I love about calligraphy is that it’s truly unique; never the same thing twice. Projects vary and so the cost will also vary. I have some set prices for escort cards/envelopes/etc, but some projects will have custom pricing depending on your needs. Check out the Pricing page under Services for more info!
How long does it take?
Depending on the details of the project, I typically turn items around in 2-3 weeks, although I may prefer more than that. I can deliver products to the Philadelphia area and will ship outside. Shipping charges will apply.
Do I supply envelopes/place cards/etc?
Yes! While I can consult on where to go for these products, clients usually supply the paper products. In addition, I ask that you provide me with 20% additional stock. Ink CAN be finicky and sometimes will splatter or do something I don’t like. I want all your products to be beautiful and perfect so I may need extra to make up for any funky mistakes.
